Entrance prices are being increased to ensure the quality of our exhibitions and services. This adjustment allows us to continue investing in the experience we offer to our visitors. We have done our best to keep prices as low as possible and carefully compared our prices with other major museums and remain at that level on average.
For the first time, however, we are offering discounted online ticket prices. With this, we want to encourage visitors to purchase their tickets online in advance to take advantage of the discount. Buying your tickets online contributes to a smooth visitor experience. It also gives us more insight into expected peak times, the profile of our visitors and the visitor experience.
From 1 January 2025, children up to and including 18 years of age will have free access to Wereldmuseum Leiden. With this initiative, we aim to increase accessibility for young visitors.
