Hanuman travels across the globe 

The exhibition Hanuman travels around the world can be found in the gallery of the Asia room. The exhibition features various statues, shadow puppets and prints depicting Hanuman in his various forms.

Monkey, King, God and Hero!

Hanuman is a very special figure and you can encounter him in many different forms. This exhibition highlights Hanuman as a figure in the diaspora. You see how it changes over time and in different places. Just like humans, Hanuman's identity is not fixed, but is continually being formed.
